haiku poetry — about life, love, relationships

scrawling hurtful words

on malleable souls, casts deep

permanent shadows

It doesn’t take much to hurt yourself or someone you love and care for. How much hurt can you take? It is extraordinary the amount of pain and suffering humans can take and still find a way to survive and prosper, in life and love. That same mind that is capable of spreading death and destruction, is the also the one that acts as a beacon of hope and courage. Is it not possible to live without this yin/yang type universe? Do you really need to be hurt to know caring? Or know hate to know love?

Only with the support and kindness of you can I continue to create Haiku Love Bites. Thank you for your support!
